Address Book - Overview

In Proliance, all the information regarding your own company, the companies involved in your workspaces and the people at those companies is stored in the Address Book.

In the Proliance, you can create the following types of records to store company information:

• Contact information
• Internal and external companies
• Company reference documents, such as bonds, certifications, bid and contract history, insurance and locations.
• Internal staff records
• Lists of recipients for documents
